Every piece in the studio begins as a lump of clay on the wheel and ends as something you'll reach for every day. I work in small batches, glaze by hand and let each piece keep the marks of how it was made. No two pieces are exactly alike and that is by design. I'd rather make a few pieces I am proud of than a shelf full of pieces I don't love.
